Sadly, bananas can be one of those flavors that can get lost when you bake with it, since it is typically a subtle flavor. These Banana Oatmeal Cookies are by far the tastiest banana flavored cookie I’ve ever had.  I must warn you though, your kitchen will smell heavenly if you choose to make these! 

Now when I think of baking, I always think sweet. Sugar is one of the most important ingredients we use, in the baking processes.
