Cookie Recipes
These Chocolate Chip Shortbread are a buttery shortbread cookie with lots of chocolate chips. They are quick and easy to throw together, but are packed full of flavor and deliciousness. This recipe is for a half batch, but you can double it to make more if you want!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I like the mini chips)
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Slowly Add flour and salt and mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop 1-inch sized balls of dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool.
