I think everyone can agree that Blondie bars are
delicious by themselves. When you turn your average Blondie Bar into an amazing Snickerdoodle Blondie Bar, you can not go wrong! Now I know most people associate Snickerdoodle cookies
with the holidays, but I am a fan of them year round. I love the soft cookie
texture paired with scrumptiousness of cinnamon and sugar any time of year.
This Snickerdoodle Blondie brownies is a yummy take on the old time classic blondie. This is the perfect recipe for a chewy blondie bar covered with a tantalizing cinnamon sugar topping. It makes these Snickerdoodle Blondie Bars an addicting treat!!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 ½ c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
Topping
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 9-x-13” pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Slowly stir into wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Add batter to pan and tap to make sure it is even.
- Sprinkle top with cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
